Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Grilla Poker iPhone app and website. By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. What Grilla Poker is

Grilla Poker is a poker training and tracking app: training content built from poker coaches’ material, reports on your results, and tools to log your sessions and hands. It is for education and record-keeping only. It is not gambling, and we make no promise about your results at the table.

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your account secure; you’re responsible for activity on it. You must be 18 or older to use Grilla Poker.

3. Free use and membership

Much of Grilla Poker is free, including the daily quiz, the Coach Report and Range Report, and unlimited session and hand logging. A membership adds more training and reports, as described on our Pricing page.

• Memberships are auto-renewing subscriptions sold through Apple’s App Store and billed to your Apple Account.
• A free trial, where offered, is available once per Apple Account. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you’re charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

If you cancel, your data stays and logging stays free; membership features lock again until you rejoin.

4. Content

Training content changes over time. Quizzes, sets and coaches may be added, updated or removed, for quality or at a content partner’s request. Your membership is access to the app as a whole, not to any particular piece of content.

All content in the app belongs to Grilla Poker or its content partners. Don’t copy, redistribute or resell it.

5. Your data and shared hands

You own what you log. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you share a hand, anyone with the link can see it and its public notes.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it, access other people’s accounts, or use it to break the law or a card room’s rules.

7. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Grilla Poker is provided “as is”. Poker strategy is never guaranteed to win, and we’re not responsible for your results or losses at the table. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect, and continuing to use Grilla Poker means you accept them.
